It was frequently used by the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians to make jewelry and other ornamental objects because of its vivid color. Chrysoprase is one of the birthstones for May and has traditionally symbolized happiness, enterprise and prudence, worn for good fortune and prosperity.

This necklace is 16” long, made with 3mm faceted beads and has a solid 14k yellow gold clasp.
